Politically speaking; is it worth it to make Beef Stroganoff the authentic way?
The hassle of partially freezing the steak, then slicing it into those thin slivers. As far as taste is it actually worth it? Or can one simply use ground chuck to skip all the work without taking anything from the dish?
Bonus question: Do you add Mushrooms and Onions into your stroganoff?
Why would I waste my time on a commie dish when a Yankee Pot Roast is easy to make & tastes great?
