Native Americans, why don't you demand the us federal government or the united nation to force them to restore your stolen land or at least most of it.
Natives have been to court many times. There are also many Native activists. We try in many ways to have our rights honored. Check out the book "Like a Loaded Weapon". It talks about Natives and the Supreme Court. How they still hold racist beliefs against Natives even today.
I believe the UN has tried to help on some occasions. But as we know our current leadership doesn't like to be friendly with them.
