Painting walls, baseboards & doors all the same color?

We are repairing out rental units we just bought and are trying to do it the most cost & time effective as we are doing all of it ourselves. I wanted to know if it would be generic to paint everything semi-gloss antique white including baseboards, doors & door jams? Or should I paint the base boards doors & door jams bright white? The tile is white. Also I plan to paint kitchen antique or navajo white. Would it look okay to paint the cabinets a bright white? Some of the appliances are an almond color. Some are a white & black. Thanks for your advice.

my bedroom ceiling, doors and baseboards are bright white, the walls are antique white. It looks very nice! Bright and clean! And the colors will go with anything!
