Strand Turquoise
PLEASE HELP, Can I do this to my hair?
I am wanting to pull my hair through a frosting cap and have streaks of my hair bleached because it is very dark. After I wash the bleach out, I want to apply a turquoise hair dye on the strands. The reason that I want to do it immediately after is because I want to make sure that the bleach strands are the strands that are dyed turquoise, so I won't be taking off the cap. Can I do this or will it turn out to be some weird color?
