What is the legal requirement for selling a firearm to an individual out of a personal collection in WI?
State of Wisconsin.
Basically a friend would like to sell me a few weapons out of a collection he inherited. Obviously we would like to do this legally or not at all.
Any ideas would help.
And no...I DO NOT have anything in my past that would prevent me purchasing or owning any firearm.
like the Dr. zoid said. but do you have any felonies? if so that would be bad for your buddy
