Weird symptom during pregnancy, hope it's just pregnancy related.

Sorry if any guys read this but here goes. My nipples have thickened up so much that it feels like they're made of 1/4 inch of leather. I also have some marks like a sewing machine got me there as well. My breasts are thickening too, but not as much. It's not the same kind of growing that happened in my first pregnancy, this is different.I'm seeing a maternal-fetal medicine specialist Wed, but I was hoping to hear if this happened to anyone else. I'm 18 weeks pregnant with boy/girl twins and I've had one successful pregnancy before. This stuff did NOT happen the first time. Thank you.

lol yeah the first time it didnt happen to me either. my nipples/breasts were the same.

im on my second pregnancy and this time my nipples look soooo different! its like since they know what to do already after i had my first, they are already ready for this one to come and nurse or something. also my boobs feel a little fuller. make sure you talk to your doc about it, maybe they will ease your mind a bit
